The Department of Women and Child Development provides policy guidance and oversees the implementation of the programmes of the 360 Research Foundation and its units. It is broadly guided by the twin objectives of empowering women and helping them nurture their children. The Department also focuses on improving nutritional outcomes and the overall development of adolescent girls and boys.
