The Department of Project Management & Appraisal at 360 Research Foundation plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of all programs, schemes, and projects undertaken by the organization. The department is responsible for systematic evaluation, technical appraisal, and strategic oversight to support evidence-based decision-making. By optimizing resource utilization and strengthening project design and implementation, the department contributes significantly to maximizing developmental impact and achieving the Foundation’s long-term goals.
