I understand and agree that submission of this application form does not guarantee selection, employment, internship, consultancy, or any other engagement with the organization. A position shall be considered confirmed only after I receive an official Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, or Engagement Letter issued by the authorized representative of the organization.

I acknowledge that the nature of work may be project-based, assignment-based, contractual, or temporary, depending on the requirements of the organization. Wherever applicable, remuneration, honorarium, consultancy fees, incentives, or other payments shall be made only in accordance with the approved project budget, organizational policies, and the availability of funds received from the respective funding agency, client, project partner, donor, or other legitimate income sources.

I further understand that the organization cannot disburse payments beyond the sanctioned or approved project budget. In case of any reduction, delay, revision, suspension, or non-receipt of project funds, or due to financial, administrative, statutory, or operational reasons, the Governing Body/Management reserves the right to revise, restructure, defer, proportionately adjust, or re-plan the payment schedule and financial commitments in accordance with the available budget and organizational priorities. Such decisions shall be final and binding.

I agree that no claim shall be made by me for any payment, benefit, or compensation exceeding the approved budget or funds available for the concerned project or assignment.
